Automatic transfer of molten iron in front of the furnace

The automatic hot metal transfer system mainly consists of a furnace-front weighing mother car, a large-screen weight display, a multi-functional daughter car, and an electrical control system. It enables automatic transfer of hot metal from the electric furnace's automatic molten metal receiving stage to the wire feeding and balling stage, and then to the automatic casting machine. Utilizing servo motors, PLC control, and wireless communication, it achieves fixed-point and quantitative transfer, and is suitable for transferring molten metals such as gray iron, ductile iron, malleable iron, and ferroalloys.
