Product Description:

Applications: Used for on-line (off-line) baking of copper (iron) ladles and continuous casting tundishes. This includes drying newly built ladles, and rapid or slow baking of tundishes in transit. It also includes rapid online baking of ladles or tundishes.

Performance Characteristics: Our factory produces a series of ladle baking machines in both vertical and horizontal types. The vertical type is further divided into online gantry type and offline tilting type, consisting of three parts: mechanical structure, ignition system, and control system.
